In May 2009, I completed the Culinary Baking & Pastry Arts curriculum at Schoolcraft College, one of the leading culinary schools in the US. During the 2009/10 school year, I worked as a Sous Chef in Schoolcraft's Pastry Department, under the direction of Certified Master Pastry Chef, Joseph Decker. This position was responsible for dessert production and display for daily lunch/dinner at the American Harvest Restaurant, special events, as well as classroom support.
Since May 2010, I have worked with each of my clients to provide cakes and pastries for special occasions, school and business events, birthday/anniversary celebrations, dinner and graduation parties, bridal/baby showers, weddings, as well as corporate and personal gifts.
